Privacy Policy Last updated: 5/25/2026 1. Information We Collect The Clan data you enter, as well as Clan data pulled from the EXBO API is stored for your clan. This information is only viewable by Site Administrators and is not saved or edited. All account information is handled by EXBO Directly and only the API tokens in order to login and get in-game information are stored. 2. How We Use Information Information is used solely to operate the clan-management features of this site: signing you in, scoping data to your clan, and displaying statistics you or your clan record. We DO NOT store any data offsite, or sell or share any data. 3. Data Sharing We do not sell your information. Public clan details on the site are already Public Information anyone can pull directly from the game or EXBO API themselves. No information manually entered or edited is sold or shared. 4. Third-Party Services Linking a Stalcraft account uses the official EXBO/Stalcraft API under their terms. 5. Data Retention & Removal Clan owners and site administrators can delete clans, members, and recorded sessions at any time. Removing your account detaches it from its clan. If you want to request your Clan be permanently removed from the site, Contact us on Discord. 6. Clan Permissions Clan owners are responsible for the permissions of their members. Everyone who registers is defaulted to the role 'member' and can view their Clan's information, statistics, and session information. If you do not want this, you must edit the user's permissions in the Clan settings page. 7. Contact Contacting us is 100% handled by our Discord Server which is linked in the footer of the website. Be aware if imposters, we will never ask you for any account information like emails/passwords/2FA codes.
